The revamped site at Texturama.com lets users build personized collections from a library of thousands of seamless texture maps, a very handy resource.

Whether creating 2D or 3D imagery, artists increasingly require fresh, top-quality textures to bring their work to life. The new iteration of the Texturama.com site provides a new take on this essential requirement, through the provision of a growing collection that currently numbers more than four thousand categorized textures in JPEG format, organized by either material or environmental context. Individual textures can be found and downloaded as required. In addition, all the images in a specific category can be purchased.  It is also possible to purchase all images on the site.

The Mix and Match design provides a tiered pricing plan, ranging from one texture for $5 up to 400 textures for $200.
